Things to know before picking up your appliances.
We have a loading dock and hand trucks available for use.
Someone will be there to help you load up. Be prepared to strap the unit into your vehicle yourself.
We have ratchet straps available for purchase.
Refrigerators and freezers MUST be transported in an upright position. This is to prevent compressor oil from flowing into the refrigerant lines.
If you choose to lay down your refrigerator or freezer, you will lose the 30 day and 1 year extended warranty. The unit will be a final sale, no return, no warranty.
Sometimes we have plastic and cardboard supplies around the warehouse available if needed.
Pick ups are by appointment only. We try to be available daily and flexible with your requests for days and times.
Want to purchase something, but can't pick it up just yet? No problem! We can store the item for you after it is paid for free of charge.
